Tears that taste like rain,

Heart that always ache in pain,

All the pain you don’t understand,

I have lost my best friend.

I have been feeling lonely,

And the memories are coming back to me now,

And I hope I could see you again somehow.

My best friend has gone so far away,

I wish he would just come back today.

I wish you never went away,

I really miss you so much.

I miss the way we used to share our secrets,

And told each other to keep them up.

And I wish I had never let you go.

Now I don’t have anyone to laugh with,

We were tied from the hip.

Now he is gone and I don’t know what to do,

You are the one whom I talk to when nobody is around,

I wish that you would understand this too…
