But their memories last for ever,
Your dear one may say you good bye,
But wonderful memories never die.
Few lovely moments when refreshed,
Makes your heart to smile n tear ,
If this happens then for sure,
Either the person is special or the moment is.
Few moments that is just a moment of fun now,
May make you realize your attachments in future,
Truly this Life and Moments are very very strange,
Both hurts us a lot when its a time to realize.

At the same time I didnt get the full poetic sense what I generally find in your write ups.
I think you can write better.
